CUSTOM LILLZKILLZ GARMENT INFO:
Here’s how it works!
You schedule a personal consultation with me for $100 CAD. This fee allows us to discuss/plan a custom order together. This will start the order process and 100% of your $100 deposit will go toward your purchase.
This will be a non-refundable deposit, which means if for some reason you are not able to follow through with the order, and we have already had our consultation together, the $100 CAD will not be refunded. If you are ordering a garment custom to fit you that is already posted to our feed/ website, this deposit will not be required.
Our policy doesn’t allow for any returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been paid for. A paid order is considered our agreement to work together.
We prefer to take full payment upfront for your orders.
We can offer payment plans, and in this case, the order will not go on our order list until it has been paid in full. There will be a small fee of $40 CAD added to all payment plans.
This means that your fabric will be reserved from the date of your first payment and your order will be completed roughly 8-10 weeks from the date that the final payment has been made.

When your order for a custom Lillzkillz design with approved fabric has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the fabric selection.
The fabric is reserved for you. If the fabric needs to change for some reason, you may have the option to upgrade your order for a fee, price depending on fabric selection.
Once you have placed an order, adjustments can be made to the design of your order. There may be fees added based on the changes you’d like to make.
Our wait times are *roughly* 8-10 weeks before shipment. We are a very small scale brand and each individual garment is handmade with lots of love. We appreciate your patience !
Rush fees are available if you have a specific date that you would like your order to be finished by! That fee will depend on the size of your order, and when you want it finished by.
Our pricing is based on the design we create for you, which fabrics are used, and what details are incorporated. We charge a $75 CAD sourcing fee if you are wanting us to go out & find a material for you based on your inspiration!
ALL orders are made to your measurements! It is important that you are sure that you send over accurate measurements in order for us to be sure that your garments will be a good fit for you!
We have a measuring guide to help you do this. We will send it to you and it’s very important.
Completed payment means you have agreed to these terms.
